Wild Game Food Milo (Treated)
Wild Game Food Milo is a grain sorghum that was specifically developed for use as a wildlife food supply. Wild Game Food Milo (WGF Milo) is short in stature making it easily accessible by deer and turkey. WGF Milo has a bitter taste when it is immature allowing it to reach maturity by avoiding heavy grazing pressure. After the seed matures, the bitter taste fades encouraging a variety of wildlife to come and consume the dark red grain that matures at the top of the 2 – 4 foot tall stalk. WGF Milo is readily consumed by deer (both mule and whitetail) and turkey as well as ground feeding birds such as dove, quail, and pheasant.
